The Thanksgiving Mass must be reserved at least SIX (6) months before the proposed date. Additionally, an appointment to meet with the priest must be scheduled.

Date of Interview:

• At least one of the Parents/Guardian(s) of the Quinceanera must be present with the young lady. A deposit of $100.00 is required the day of the interview to reserve your date.

• Certificates: Copies of the Baptismal and First Communion certificates must be submitted to the Parish Center (Front Desk) on day of interview.

• Church offering $400.00
